Transaction problems and the high costs incurred from on-site infrastructure led CIT to analyze the options on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to modernize its applications, reduce costs, and respond more efficiently to incidents.
Since Creative Information Technologies (CIT) already had much of the core of its apps and services on the AWS cloud, it looked for a specialized partner to help it benefit from all the performance, scale, reliability, and availability of the AWS infrastructure.
Having assessed that environment, the company decided to begin its application-modernization and security project alongside IVCISA as an Advanced Partner specialized in AWS, to create a strategy that would help it reduce costs and decrease incidents caused by the increase in data traffic across its applications.
Creative Information Technologies (CIT) had much of its applications and clients on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud. As Gabriela Guerrero, COO of CIT, explained, when the company started, it had another cloud provider, but it faced service problems that motivated it to look for alternatives offering better support and high availability. That is how the company decided to choose AWS.
With its largest clients on AWS, the requirements for data traffic kept increasing, as did the demands for scalability and the incidents caused by delays in the response times it had to provide.
To keep its productivity and operational efficiency from being affected, CIT decided to seek out IVCISA, as a partner specialized in AWS, to support it with the challenges it faced in application modernization, governance, protection, and security.
