This is achieved through the New Knowledge Exploration sub-module. This component of the laboratories offers a fully controlled and secure testing environment (sandbox), designed for staff to experience the impact of new technological tools and configurations without the risk of affecting production systems.

Instead of using theoretical or generic examples, this module recreates practical environments that closely mimic the organization’s operational and daily reality. In this way, the technical team trains by solving complexities very similar to those they will face in their daily workflows.

Under the Empowered Teams vertical, training is designed to equip internal IT staff with the skills necessary to take full control of cloud services. This fosters internal agility and reduces technical and operational dependence on third parties.
